We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange, replace, or refund it.

Return Policy
All returned items must be new and unused and must include all original packaging (i.e. gift boxes for pens). You pay the shipping back to us. Within the first 30 days, we will exchange, replace or refund your money. If a refund is chosen, Perfect Reflections will refund your full purchase less any shipping you originally paid. If a replacement or exchange is requested, we will ship out the new item at no charge to you via First Class Mail. Slightly different terms apply to wholesale accounts. Credit Cards are accepted online through PayPal. You can use your MasterCard, Visa, or Debit cards. We chose PayPal because of their superior security measures.
